Breann Williams opened Southern Pineapple Boutique in 2021, selling boutique fashions at affordable prices through a fast-growing Facebook group. In the summer of 2022 she opened her brick and mortar shop off Main Street in Tomball TX, ready to compete the with established shops that lined the quaint shopping hub in small-town Texas. Bre had a basic Shopify site, a logo, and a vision. She wanted a website ready for her official ribbon-cutting date, giving us a 3-week turnaround to redesign her Shopify site with a full technical back-end set-up (more than just a pretty face. ;))
Before we started the design process we worked on the brand image. Who are the target customers? What is the boutique’s value proposition? And, how do we want customers to perceive Southern Pineapple Boutique. After some chats with the client, we were able to capture the vision and start the brand development. Website design includes copy as well. To effectively write copy and create designs, we need to understand your business and your target customers.
Once we nail down the details of who, what, where, and why of your business we can start to give it a personality. People shop then buy based on emotion. Developing a brand should incorporate the ethos of your message, your design, and your sales process. Bre already had the logos and ethos of her sales process down. She just needed the website match.
We delivered a Shopify website with social channel art that matched the brand in voice and design. We set the foundation for growth by integrating multiple platforms with the website. This included Google Tag Manager with Facebook Pixel, Universal Analytics, and GA4. MailChimp to Shopify Integration, and Shopify to Facebook and Instagram
