Kendra is an award-winning marketing professional and an unsung hustler. Not an experience goes unused as a learning moment or opportunity for growth. From playing in 9-ball tournaments with her dad in pool halls in high school to a writing her bachelor’s thesis on the expression of the collective memory of French citizens in post-WW2 literature and art (in French), Kendra proves breadth does not require a deficit in depth. With extensive experience in the automotive industry and entrepreneurship, Kendra has spent the last 15 years honing her skills in solving the ever-elusive question of how does a small business owner make more sales without spending more money.

ADMINISTRATIVE OPERATIONS

Chalcey is passionate about collaborating and building positive relationships with both new clients and employees of Dream Team Media. She plays a vital part in supporting the seamless daily administrative operations of DTM. Upon graduating from the University of Calgary with her BA in Psychology and Bachelor of Education, Chalcey found her roots in administrative, human resources and educational positions. While raising her family, Chalcey dedicated herself to serving her community through various volunteering opportunities including the Boy Scouts of America, her parish and numerous non-profit organizations. Native to Canada, Chalcey enjoys spending time with her family by being outdoors and especially loves to hike new trails.

CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Dustin’s journey in advertising & marketing started at the Art Institute of Seattle where he graduated in 2004 in Graphic Design with “best portfolio” honors. During his schooling in Seattle, Dustin took on an internship (that later become a full-time position) with WizKids – a collectible trading card and table-top gaming company where he designed packaging & logos, learned print processes, and excelled in a fun and fast work environment. For the past 15 years, Dustin has worked as in-house creative director for a musical instrument store in Montana where he handles general graphic design, e-commerce, web & video content, social media, photo & video production, print design, and overall marketing. He brings 20 years of experience to an already powerhouse team.

Brooklyn is a driven individual who began her undergraduate journey at Utah State, where she had the opportunity to excel in D1 Collegiate track and field while maintaining a balanced schedule. She will be graduating next spring with a bachelor’s in marketing and certificates in social media marketing, graphic design, and commercial fundamentals. Brooklyn’s passion for marketing has flourished through her previous marketing roles, including experiences with renowned organizations such as the YMCA, one of the largest non-profits globally, and iFit, a recognizable fitness brand. Through these experiences, she has gained valuable insights into accurately representing a brand to its target audience and understanding the importance of tailored content that drives growth and engagement toward a brand’s goals.
